We work hard to deliver great websites, but we know sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s our straightforward policy on refunds and support:


1. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your website. If something goes wrong, here’s when you may qualify for a refund:

✅ Eligible for Refund If:

  • The final website doesn’t match the agreed-upon plan (features, design, etc.).

  • You cancel before any work begins (full refund).

  • The project becomes technically impossible to complete due to unforeseen issues.

❌ No Refund For:

  • “Change of mind” after the site is built as agreed.

  • Third-party costs (domains, plugins, etc.)—we can’t refund those.

  • Partial work used (e.g., if you’ve already launched part of the site).

🔹 How to Request a Refund:

  1. Email us at refund@sarsapromotions.com within 15 days of project completion.

  2. Explain the issue clearly (what’s missing/broken vs. the original plan).

  3. We’ll review and respond within 5 business days.

  4. Approved refunds? Processed within 15 business days, back to your original payment method.


2. Support & Fixes

Since websites aren’t physical products, there’s no “return policy”—but we’ve got your back with:

🛠️ 30-Day Warranty:

  • We’ll fix any bugs or errors caused by our work—for free—within 30 days of launch.

  • Just email us during that window, and we’ll resolve issues ASAP.

⚠️ What’s Not Covered:

  • Problems from changes you (or others) make to the site after we deliver it.

  • Issues caused by third-party tools, plugins, or hosting.

  • New features or changes outside the original plan (those cost extra).
